Kaş TV Content Creator
Participation and Broadcast Terms
1. Video standards
4K (3840 × 2160) is preferred for programmes. Full HD (1920 × 1080) may be accepted as an exception where a reason is provided and approved by Kaş TV. Full HD is acceptable for news content. Programmes and submitted news videos must be in landscape 16:9 format. Portrait video is strictly not accepted for programme and news video submissions. Portrait video is accepted for viewers joining a live connection.
2. Programme name and visual identity
The programme name belongs to the creator. Kaş TV prepares the programme logo and graphics. Broadcasts use the shared opening sequence and visual identity specified by Kaş TV.
3. Duration and delivery
Programmes must be 10–45 minutes long. Deliver a broadcast-ready file with editing, audio balancing and picture adjustments completed. Broadcast frequency and scheduling are agreed together based on the programme format.
4. Revenue sharing
Of the net YouTube and Rumble revenue allocated to producer programmes, 60% goes to the content creator and 40% to Kaş TV . This split applies only to net revenue allocated to the relevant producer programmes, not to all channel revenue.
Kaş TV retains 100% of its own advertising, promotional and production revenue. These revenues are excluded from the split above. Net revenue calculations, programme allocation methods and the payment schedule are agreed in writing before broadcast.
5. Content and broadcast preparation
The creator must obtain the necessary rights to footage, music and other materials used. Applying does not guarantee a broadcast or revenue. The programme and broadcast plan are agreed following assessment.

Your name, email, optional telephone number, programme details, sample-work link and acceptance of the terms are collected through this electronic form to assess your application and contact you. Pre-contractual activities directly related to your application are considered under KVKK Article 5/2(c), and service security under Article 5/2(f), provided your fundamental rights are not harmed.
Applications are processed by the authorised Kaş TV representative, hosting and security provider Cloudflare, email provider Resend and the recipient's mail service. These services may use infrastructure abroad. International data transfers are subject to KVKK Article 9. Acceptance of the terms does not constitute explicit consent to international data transfers.
Under KVKK Article 11, you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about its use and recipients, seek correction or deletion where the applicable conditions are met and notification of recipients, object to adverse results of automated analysis, and seek compensation for harm caused by unlawful processing. Do not submit identity documents, health data or other sensitive information. Application data is kept as long as necessary for assessment and communication, then deleted or anonymised when its purpose and legal retention requirements no longer apply. This form does not subscribe you to marketing.
